RingBack Pro answers in your company's name, sorts routine calls from "get out there now" emergencies, books jobs on your calendar, and only pings you when it's urgent.
When you're under a house, in an attic, or driving between jobs, you can't sit by the phone. RingBack Pro handles it so you don't have to.
Calls that would roll to voicemail forward to RingBack Pro instead. We answer in your company's name, collect the caller's name, number, address, what's wrong, and when they want it fixed.
Clogged drains, slow leaks, toilet issues, disposals, quote requests — RingBack Pro checks your calendar, drops the job into an open slot, and sends the customer a confirmation. You don't have to stop what you're doing.
Water running where it shouldn't, no water to the house, gas smell, major backups — you get an urgent text with the caller's name, number, address, and what's happening. You decide what to do.
Clogged drains, slow leaks, toilet issues, disposal problems, quote requests — RingBack Pro checks your calendar, books it into an open slot, and sends the customer a confirmation. The job just shows up on your schedule. You're never interrupted.
Water running where it shouldn't, burst pipes, no water to the house, gas smell, major backups — RingBack Pro sends you an urgent text immediately with the caller's name, number, address, and what's happening. You decide whether to roll a truck, call back, or pass.
You're paying good money to make the phone ring — Angi, Thumbtack, Google, yard signs, referrals. When those calls go to voicemail, a lot of that money is wasted.
Instead of voicemails that sit there for hours, every call gets answered, qualified, and booked — while you're still working on the current job.
Stop choosing between doing the work and answering the phone. RingBack Pro handles the calls so you can focus on the job you're already on.
Only real emergencies come through to you. Routine stuff gets handled and booked — no 2 AM texts about a dripping faucet.
Every call comes with a recording, transcript, and caller details. You can see exactly what was said and track every lead that comes through.
If one extra decent job a month covers the cost, everything after that is profit.
RingBack Pro was started by Chris Garlitz, a veteran with 22 years in the Air Force and Army who now lives in the Oklahoma City area.
After getting out, Chris went back to residential construction as an operations manager with a real estate investor. After a few years working with many different hardworking contractors and subs, a frustration kept coming up — the guys they used were either always on the phone or silencing it during critical times.
The real problem was clear: being a small shop means trying to serve the customer in front of you while also being the one to answer calls for the next job — and losing work to the guy who could pick up when you couldn't. He built RingBack Pro so small shops don't have to choose between doing the work and getting the work.
I'm talking with a small group of OKC plumbers first. If you're open to it, we'll have a quick call to walk through how your calls work now and whether RingBack Pro would actually help. No slides, no hard sell — just a straight conversation.
